My recent experience of the Forres Auto Centre – certainly confirmed that the pledges as stated on their web site – to be true and accurate.

Michael a mechanic with the benefit of vast mechanical knowledge and many years’ experience proofed to be extremely diligent and obviously enjoys his chosen profession – his commitment and standard of work are exemplary – he proved to be a man you can trust to get the job done.

Samantha who is responsible for the company’s administration has been a pleasure to communicate with and supplied me with regular status updates of the various procedures – along with informative photographs.

Their kind assistance and professional service made the whole process straightforward and pleasant.

I feel fortunate to have found a local garage that I can absolutely rely on.

I wish them every success for the future – they deserve it.

My go to garage.

Having moved to the Forres area more than a couple of years ago (2018) and not knowing where to get a decent garage, I tried a few garages in the area, only to be disappointed. I thought I`d try Forres Auto Centre. Well, I think I`ve found my “go to” garage at last, friendly, good quality service from Mike and Samantha. I had a full service plus a complete brake overhaul and everything was fully explained by Mike. I got the impression that they go that little bit further than most to provide a great service. Great Service from a local business

Put my wife’s Hyundai in for an oil change and it’s MOT. Sadly the car failed the test needing urgent attention to the brakes. Not a problem to this local garage. Samantha managed to schedule the necessary work and I got the car back after only 48 hours. That’s good service in my opinion and I will certainly use them again when the need arises. Thanks for a job well done.

This is one of the very best garages I have ever used. Highly competent, conscientious and honest. As long as I live here I’m not going anywhere else.

Excellent customer service. Reliable appraisal of work required on our cars. Work done to the very highest of standards and kept us informed about progress with the work at all times. Recommended without hesitation.

If you want best service then this is the place to go. Shockingly clean and tidy workshop. An actual real mechanic works there who shows you the repairs and has pride in his work. Lady in the office gives you clear concise and transparent information. Sadly to far away to be our regular workshop. Keep up the good work.

I cannot praise Forres Auto Centre enough . Our car has problems so undrivable . They picked up , found out it was a big job but advised us car was still under warranty to get job done by Audi .. And to top it all he brought car back so it could be picked up .
What service as I know nothing about cars and husband away . In days of big company who don’t give a dam , all about the money , there are still some good people out there . Will recommend to anyone who needs anything done with their car .

if you are looking for transparency and honesty in a garage, this is the one for you! Mike is a very thourgh and particular mechanic who has a vast knowledge base, all the small things we won’t necessarily notice such as cable work under the dash is pristinely tidied away. Samantha and Mike pride themselves on providing great customer care and the ability to leave the customer in no doubt about why a repair is required and what exactly is involved….this is a garage to trust.
